The need for magnesium supplementation for suckler cows is well accepted and staggers is less common than it once was. However many of the problems seen in suckler cows and their calves can be solved by improved nutrition. Problems are most prevalent where cows receive poor forage and low levels of concentrate feed. If you experience any problem in suckler cows or their calves our technical staff will be happy to discuss possible remedies.
